Short, because we collect little.

If you write to us or request a demo: your name, agency name, email address, phone number and whatever you put in your message. We use it to answer you and to prepare the demo — nothing else.

When you just browse: our hosting keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp) for security and debugging, rotated automatically. We run no analytics trackers and no advertising pixels.

We do not sell, rent or trade your details. We do not enrich them with third-party data.

Correspondence stays in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is useful — typically until a demo becomes a project or clearly will not. Server logs rotate on a short schedule.

Under Tunisian Organic Law n° 2004-63 on the protection of personal data — and, for visitors in the EU, the GDPR — you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. One email does it: hello@rentivofleet.com.

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. We will not quietly expand what we collect.
